What the program includes
Travel & Logistics

As part of your package, we will arrange return flights for you from and to the city of your choice. You may wish to come a few days before the program to spend time in and around the Haram to perform Umrah and aclimatise. We will arrange transport from the airport to the city of Makkah and back upon your return home at the end of the program.
Your accommodation will be available to you from the 7th August giving you adequate time to arrive in Makkah, perform Umrah and prepare for classes. check out will be two days after the end of the program.
For British passport holders, we will arrange a visa for you to cover your time in Saudi Arabia, Non british passport holders are welcome to apply and discuss individual needs with our team.
All operations & logistics will be handed by British Muslim tours, a trusted London based tour operator who will provide a dedicated tour leader who will be on hand throughout the trip for guidance and support.
Accomodation & Meals
Students will stay at the Alayyam Elite hotel in the Batha Quraysh region of Makkah.
A half board meal service will be provided of breakfast & dinner daily. local eateries and convenience stores are available for additional want's and needs.
Rooms will be allocated on a triple sharing basis and segregated by gender, there are options to upgrade to twin/single occupancy.
A free 24 hour shuttle service will be provided to and from Masjid al Haram
The tuition includes triple sharing accomodation as standard, you may wish to upgrade as follows
Twin/Double: Additional £145
Single occupancy: Additional £450
Learning
Classes will be held from Sunday to Thursday for four hours per day onsite al Umm al Qura University. Fridays & Saturdays will be dedicated to Jumaah prayers in Masjid al Haram & planned excursions and day trips
All students will be provided the relevant course materials and textbooks for their level of study, the program will cover two levels during the four week period.
Students are welcome & encouraged to join the daily Quran classes and Islamic studies classes held at Masjid al Haram, guidance and support to attend these will be provided.
A private Quran study circle will be held daily in the hotel for students of the program with both male & female qualified teachers.
There will be a graduation ceremony at the end of the program and certificates awarded by Umm ul Qura University.
Course dates & payments
The Course will run from 9th August to 3rd September.
Fees: The program cost is £2500.00
Flights, Accommodation, Transport, Tuition & Meals and all excursions are included in this price.
This can be paid in 3 interest free instalments
All payments must be paid by 15th July 2026
The tuition includes triple sharing accomodation as standard, you may wish to upgrade as follows
Twin/Double: Additional £145
Single occupancy: Additional £450
The minimum age for joining classes is 12 years old, Please note we are unable to accept any persons under 18 who is unaccompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have family or friends who wish to join but not study the programme, they are welcome to attend at a reduced rate of £2,250.
This option includes all features of the program including the trips and excursions except the daily classes at Umm al Qura University.

What will you study?
On the first day of classes, all students will be assessed to ensure they are joined to the appropriate class. You MUST be able to read Arabic to join the entry level class as a minimum.
